Description

Antique Austrian Perfume box veneered in ebonized sycamore with two detailed water colour paintings to the front accompanied by the words, “View from Döbling in Laxenburg Lock” both these are in super condition due to them being glazed behind bevelled glass. The perfume box has cut steel decoration with two cut steel carry handles and to the top a serpent eating it’s own tail. This is known as “Ouroboros”, a symbol for wholeness or infinity.

The interior features two padded and leather lined compartments.
