We thought now was the perfect opportunity to give something back to all our amazing clients who have purchased from Mark Goodger Antiques. We have been very fortunate these last few weeks and found new homes for a selection of our collection including several Green Tortoiseshell Tea Caddies, Jewellery Boxes, Decanter Sets and Rene Lalique Car Mascots with the vast majority of sales coming from new clients. Mark sends his personal thanks for the continued support and is currently working to curate new objects to add to the collection.

Stunning Burr Walnut Vanity Box by Leuchars of London. The Vanity Box fully fitted with a stand alone mirror, silver-gilt lids, hobnail cut glass bottles and a selection of tools. The Vanity Case dates to the late 19th century and is signed in multiple places Leuchars, London.

Our other feature this week is this Victorian Octagonal Silver & Tortoiseshell Tea Caddy featuring a tent top and beautiful Silver scrollwork mounts. The Tea Caddy has a single compartment with a Tortoiseshell lid dating to the late 19th century.

How to leave Mark Goodger Antiques a Google Review;

Step 1) On your chosen web browser search for google.co.uk or click this link https://www.google.co.uk/

Step 2) Search for Mark Goodger Antiques on the Google search bar, this may give you two different results (skip this step if you see step 3). You will need to click on Mark Gooder Antiques above the star rating. Do not click on our website which will appear in the search results on the left hand side. You are looking for a link on the right hand side.

Step 3) Click on ‘(X) Google Reviews’

Step 4) Click ‘Write a review’

Step 5) Sign into your Google account (if you have one). If you do not have an account please create one (note, you do not need a Gmail account to create a Google account, you can enter your own personal email address).

IMPORTANT – Without an account you cannot leave a review and will not be entered into the competition!

Step 6) Once you have signed in, leave a review. Photos are most welcome but are not required!

Once you have left your review, it sometimes takes a few days to upload so do not panic if you do not see it straight away. After it has been uploaded we will enter your details into the competition automatically.

Competition Rules

• The competition will run from the 1st of June 2023 until the 1st of December 2023
• The winner will be selected at random via an automated selection programme
• Entries will only be accepted if a clear visible review has been left on Google
• Clients who have already left a review will automatically be entered into the draw
• The winner will be announced in our 1st of December newsletter and will be contacted privately to confirm shipping details
• There will be a total of one entry per review
• The tea chest comes with its external box, two internal tea caddies, a key and a sugar bowl only
