We are now approaching the busiest time of the year for us here at Mark Goodger Antiques. Mark has been frantically working to prepare for the upcoming exhibitions. We have been photographing stock and preparing for both shows at the end of September. Just to confirm from our last email we are delighted to announce that Mark Goodger Antiques will be standing at the LAPADA Berkeley Square Fair held between the 27th of September and the 1st of October. We have now received the invitations and are preparing to distribute them over the next few weeks.
While we have been preparing for the upcoming exhibitions we have been watching closely at the field next to us at Mark Goodger HQ and today was the day the Farmer chose to harvest his luscious golden crop of wheat. It’s safe to say that we are now covered in a plethora of dust however we could not resist the opportunity to add the pictures to the newsletter from the office window on the day of harvest!
This week we have added a selection of Barware to the newsletter along with some fabulous Boxes and Tea Caddies. We have a selection of Silver items that are now live and a beautiful Crystal Baccarat Champagne Bucket. Our featured item had to be a Georgian Satinwood Tea Chest which has two secret compartments located in the Tea Caddies themselves.
