Description

Satinwood Tea Caddy.

The lid of this Tea Caddy has an inlaid moth bordered with chequered stringing and quartered panels of boxwood and green stained sycamore, whilst the front of the box has an inlaid conch seashell. The chequered stringing continues around the edges of the box along with a tulipwood cross-banding.

The interior of this satinwood tea caddy has two lids with turned bone handles and contains most of its original tin lining.
