Walker & Hall Silver Tantalus with three beautiful cylindrical diamond cut glass decanters with faceted stoppers and star cut bases. Each glass decanter and stopper are numbered to coincide with the numbers on the Tantalus frame and decanter necks.
This holdfast Tantalus features a solid frame with a locking mechanism that tilts the decanters when unlocked forward for removal.
The business was established by George Walker in Sheffield 1845, then in 1853 it was joined by Henry Hall to became Walker & Hall.
This Tantalus comes with a fully work lock and key.
