Antique Sewing / Jewellery / Writing cabinet veneered in stunning Rosewood with beautiful contrasting Ivory inlay. With vacant Ivory initial plaque on the top, and ornate escutcheons. With a ring handle to each side, standing on four ribbed turned feet.

The front of this very impressive cabinet folds down to reveal a simulated piano design with raised Ebony & Ivory keys. Behind which is a removable sewing tray fitted with various tools, some with mother of pearl handle. Including a pricker, sewing hook, scissors, two thimbles, four mother of pearl thread spools and single thread winder.

Opening the cabinet doors reveals four drawers. The first drawer has an inkwell and pen holder with pen. The second drawer contains a removable jewellery tray with storage space underneath. The top two drawers feature padded silk lining.

This unique combination cabinet comes with a fully working lock and tasselled key.
