Description
A rare oval Box by William Norrie of New Zealand veneered in colonial parquetry specimen woods, the removable lift off lid with a starburst inlays of many Newzealand timbers. The sides are slightly concave with a bottom edge having a chequered band running all the way round. On the base of this fantastic Oval box by William Norrie has part of one of his Labels which can be seen on the images provided.
