Antique Coromandel Jewellery Boxby Mappin Brothers of Sheffeild with brass escutcheon, initial plate and quadrants.

The interior features green velvet and silk lined tray, has various compartments including two for rings, earrings and cufflinks. This can be lifted out to reveal further storage underneath. On the back edge of the interior is a makers plaque which reads:
Mappin Brothers. Sheffield & London This Antique Jewellery box comes with a fully working Bramah lock and tasselled key.
