Description

Antique Sewing Boxveneered in exotic coromandel with exquisite fine brass and Mother of Pearl inlays and escutcheon.

The interior is lined in green silk velvet and has several compartments including seven mother of pearl thread spools, thimbles, needle books, pin cushion, complete tool pad and cut glass scent bottle. All housed in a removable tray with storage space underneath.

The underside of the lid features a green and cream velvet, gold tooled, fold down letter compartment.

This sewing box comes with a fully working lock and tasselled key.
