Antique Sewing Box veneered in Rosewood with beautiful carry handle. The top has a penwork border and is adorned with a beautiful coloured print depicting “infant Bacchus delivered to Nymphs on Mount Ida “The interior of this antique sewing box is lined with pink paper and features a positionable tray with four ivory thread reels with a large storage space underneath.

The lower part of the sewing box features a brass handled drawer. Fitted with several compartments, including two for thimbles, a needle book and pincushion.

This sewing box comes with a fully working lock and tasselled key.
