With beautifully decorated chinoiserie scenes on all sides that seem to tell a repeating story with slight variations on the figures and scene. This continues on the lid segments which are slightly rubbed with years of use.

This Chinese tea caddy comes with a fully working lock and tasselled key. The key must be turned clockwise to unlock.
