Description

Antique figured walnut jewellery box with Ebony edging and bands that run from front to back with mother of pearl and abalone inlay. With matching diamond shape inlay on the top and front incorporating the escutcheon.

The interior is lined with blue silk paper and padded velvet. It features a removable jewellery tray that has five compartments, two of which are specially lined for storing rings, earrings and cufflinks. Underneath this jewellery tray are two larger storage compartments.

This jewellery box comes with a fully working lock and a tasselled key.
