Antique glazed front walnut jewellery box with Horse embroidered top.

With brass vacant shield shaped initial plate, escutcheon and brass hinges. The glazed front shows the ornate brass handles on the front of the two jewellery drawers inside.

Lifting the lid reveals five padded jewellery compartments including two that are fitted for storing rings, earrings or cufflinks.
With the lid open the glazed front can be folded down allowing access to the jewellery drawers. Each of which are lined with matching blue velvet and silk paper.

This jewellery box has a fully working lock and comes with a tasselled key.
