This stunning Red Leather Regency sewing box stands on four brass cast Lion Feet. An ornate gilded escutcheon is on the front of the box, and an unusual wheat sheaves handle, with subtle tooling around the edge, sits on the top of the box. The leather has aged absolutely beautifully with lots of variation in colour.

Lifting the lid of this regency leather sewing box reveals a teal paper-lined interior, complete with needlebook, pin cushion, bone thimble and tape measure.
