Happy mother’s day to all the mums out there for Sunday, we know it is a little early but this will be our last newsletter before mums get a well deserved day off and are doted on hand and foot!
Mark would like to offer his sincere thank you to all of those who visited and bought from him at the CADA antique fair in London, the first of its type with the CADA team moving to central London. The fair was a huge success and we hope to be back next year all being well. The last few weeks has extremely busy but we are delighted to update you all with some of our latest highlighted sales.
We are pleased to confirm the sale of the absolutely stunning red tortoiseshell tea caddy with silver gilt mounts along with the green tortoiseshell tea caddy below, both making their way into a collection.
We have also sold the Mahogany Tea Chest with Silver Tea Urns originally belonging to Sir Nathaniel Curzon, 1st Baron Scarsdale (1726-1804) of Kedleston Hall, Derby and the wonderful inlaid sewing box by John Turrill. Each piece is rightfully featured in our 25th anniversary catalogue.
