Description

Art Deco calamander tantalus with simple square silver-plated brackets around the base and vacant initial plaque. The top has a silver-plated swing arm holding the two fabulous lead crystal decanters, each with chamfered corners with a diamond cut design which is mirrored on both large ball stoppers.

This art deco tantalus features a Bramah lock which requires the key to be pressed into the sprung lock whilst turning it clockwise to unlock. Once unlocked the lock barrel mechanism can be pressed down to release the carry handle and allow the decanters to be removed.
