Antique Jewellery Box veneered in high quality & striking Coromandel, has beautiful very elegant inlays. The jewellery box has fine inlaid decorative swirling engraved brass inlays with Mother of Pearl & Abalone. The top is inlaid with very elaborate floral & fruit urns of engraved brass, mother of pearl and abolne, with the front escutcheon having two birds of paradise sat on two swag branches.

The jewellery box has two ebony side handles and stands on four ebony bun feet.

The interior of the antique jewellery box is lined with a emerald green silk velvet and green leather paper, the top has a ruched silk velvet with the base having removable tray with several dividers giving lots of room for storing all kinds of jewellery including a section for earrings, rings & cufflinks.

This high quality antique jewellery box comes with a fully working lock and tasselled key.
