Antique Burr Walnut Jewellery Boxwith figured coromandel banding, brass edging, shield initial plate and escutcheon.

The interior is lined with blue leather paper and purple velvet, has a removable tray which features two compartments for rings, earrings and cuff links. Removing this tray reveals further storage space underneath for those precious items. Housed in the lid is a ruched velvet backed mirror, with gold tooling, which can be removed allowing access to a secret leather letter compartment.

This jewellery box comes with a fully working lock and tasselled key.
