This stunning Jewellery Box was veneered in exotic Coromandel wood. There is an engraved brass initial plate on the front (which is vacant) of this stunning Jewellery Box with a simple barrel-shaped escutcheon.

The lid of the Antique Jewellery Box lifts up to reveal an elegant blue silk paper and velvet-lined interior with a removable jewellery tray with six compartments, including two that are specifically arranged to accommodate small jewellery – rings, earrings, and cufflinks, or small keepsake items.

Through the two brass ring handles on either side, you can lift out the jewellery tray to reveal additional storage space underneath.

There is a fold-down panel on the front of the box that reveals two flush-mounted drawers with brass handles. These drawers have velvet-lined compartments. Pressing the clasp at the top of the opened lid releases a reversible and removable mirror that is located under the main lid. Behind the mirror is a secret leather letter compartment.

An elegant tasselled key that operates a fully operational lock is included with this wonderful Antique Dome Jewellery Box.
