Description

Antique walnut glazed front jewellery box, with vacant brass initial plate, escutcheon and drawer pull. Lifting the lid reveals a fixed tray with blue silk paper and velvet line interior with four padded compartments for storing jewellery, two of which are specially lined to hold rings, earrings or cufflinks. With the lid open the glazed front panel can be folded down and the drawer behind can be opened. The draw is lined in a matching silk paper and velvet.

This jewellery box comes with a fully working lock and tasselled key. The key must be turned clockwise to unlock.
