Antique Sarcophagus-shaped tea chest with the original sugar bowl, veneered in stunning flame Mahogany.
This magnificent Tea Chest stands on four turned ribbed feet, with two wooden ring handles on either side and a mother-of-pearl escutcheon.
Lifting the lid reveals two matching removable tea caddies flanking its original cut glass sugar bowl which sits in a felt-lined compartment.
The tea chest has a fully working lock and tasselled key.
