This is a Classic piece. An Antique solid Oak Jewellery Box which has brass corner brackets for added strength.

On the lid of the box features a large shield-shaped Brass initial plate, engraved with a family crest, with the Latin writing: “res non-Verba” which, in English, translates to: “things, not words” or “facts instead of words” but referring to that “actions be used instead of words”.

The interior is lined beautifully with a navy blue silk-velvet and paper. The large space inside is perfect for storing any unsightly items or electronic devices, whether it be tv remotes, phones or even a tablet.

This Jewellery Box can freely be locked and unlocked as it is accompanied by a tasselled key which works with an operational lock.
