Oak trunk humidor with silver-plate mounts

Antique oak trunk humidor with silver-plate corner brackets handles and realistic-looking belts running front to back.
With the lid open the front folds forward to reveal three drawers and two silver-plate-topped tobacco compartments. The top of the interior houses a table lighter and two small ashtrays. The main box lid has an incorporated snuffer for the lighter.

Underneath the trunk the is marked with a shield-shaped plaque, bearing the silversmith’s makers mark for BOURNE & O’NEILL of Birmingham, a partnership of Henry Bourne and Daniel J. O’Neill, and registered trade mark No 2728.

Comes with a fully working lock & tasselled key.
