Opening the box reveals ivory facings and green silk lining. With a removable tray which is fitted to house six mother of pearl thread spools, a tool pad fitted with scissors, a pricker and sewing hook.

This tray can be removed to reveal large storage space underneath which has various sewing supplies inside.
