Asprey Art Deco Decanter with T bar Stopper, stepped shoulders & sterling silver collar, Birmingham 1931
This decanter holds 900ml of your favourite spirit.
Asprey was established in 1781 originally as a silk printing business. In the 20th century the business grew and began hiring silversmiths, jewellers, goldsmiths and watchmakers including Ernest Betjeman, the father of poet John Betjeman, who was considered one of the finest craftsmen of his day. Asprey are still producing fine pieces today and have even supplied Crowns, Coronets and Sceptres for royal families around the world.
