Antique Satinwood stationery box with faceted steel stud decoration surrounding an engraved mother of pearl plaque which reads: “Envelopes”. The steel stud work continues on the front of the box around the keyhole.

The interior is lined with green patterned paper on all of the compartment dividers, while the underside of the lid has a patterned gold silk lining.

This stationery box comes with a fully working lock and tasselled key.
