Jewellery Box by John Bagshaw & Son, Liverpool veneered in feathered Walnut with elaborate gilded brass and beautiful inset ashbourne marble, each piece of ashbourne marble has been inlaid with flowers, very similar in style to Pietra Dura.

The interior of this impressive feathered walnut jewellery box still contains its original luxurious purple silk interior.

Jewellery box comes with a fully working lock and tasselled key and has makers plaque John Bagshaw & Son, Liverpool between the two hinges at the back of the jewellery box.
