A stunning pair of unusual Georgian Mahogany serpentine knife boxes with serpentine sides, they have decorative fluted boxwood cants, shield shaped silver plated escutcheons and small ring pulls and once lifted reveal the inlaid cutlery deck inside.

Although normally referred to as “Knife Box” the beautifully shaped lids open to reveal the cutlery decks, in which there are apertures to fit almost any kind of culinary knives, forks, and spoons.

Each knife box comes with fully working locks and tasselled keys.
