Description

Antique matt silver plate humidor in the form of a Champagne Bottle, with wonderfully detailed screw top which can be removed to reveal a storage space for matches. The base of the bottle is adorned with heavy embossed lettering which reads: CIGARSThe bottle also unscrews in the middle to allow access to the main cigar storage. Also, the base of the bottled can be unscrewed to reveal a small ashtray.

The base of the bottle is stamped: Pairpoint Mfc. Co Quadruple Plate New Bedford Mass 1921Quadruple plate items are plated with 4 times as much pure silver than other US “standard” silverplate items.
