Regency Japanned sarcophagus tea chest decorated all over with raised chinoiserie scenes on each side. With two loop handles and standing on four brass lions feet.

The interior features two matching tea caddies flanking a cut glass mixing bowl. Removing the caddies reveals the continued matching chinoiserie decoration, each with traces of their original tin lining.

This tea chest comes with a fully working lock and tasselled key.
The lock is a standard turn clockwise to unlock.
