These wonderful glass Lalique car mascots were originally made as car hood ornaments in the 1920’s by famous glass make René Jules Lalique, who started a company using his own name, which still creates fine glassware today.

Etched on the tail: ” R Lalique, France “Also moulded into the lalique car mascots wing is ” lalique “and very faintly moulded “France” mark can be seen on the top side of the frosted base under the wings.
