Antique tortoiseshell Tea Caddy with elegant panels separated by fine silver stringing with, with a silver plated ball finial to the top. The front has a vacant initial plate framed by engraved silver laurel, and stands on four silver plated ball feet.

The tortoiseshell tea caddy interior features two turned bone handled tortoiseshell lids which sit on top of two compartments, each with traces of their original tin foil lining.
