Painted Tunbridge Ware Cottage Sewing Boxmade of solid sycamore. The exterior is adorned with painted windows, front door and surrounding trees. The roof has wonderfully detailed green tiles and brick chimney.
The interior of this charming little tunbridge cottage sewing box is lined in blue paper and features several compartments including a pincushion and needle book.
The right hand edge of the tunbridge house sewing box has a removable brass pin which when removed allows access to a hidden drawer. The Tunbridge cottage has a fully working lock & tasselled key.
