Alphonse Tahan

Alphonse Tahan was the official cabinet maker for French Emperor Napoleon III and his wife Empress Eugenie. Based in Paris and recognised for their fine quality items winning medals at both The Great Exhibition in London 1851 and at the Exposition Universelle, Paris 1855.
After his death, the company was carried on by his son Jean Pierre Alexandre Tahan.
